Are you texting, twittering and posting your location throughout the day?

NBC Amy Robach reports that by telling friends or followers where you are right now via social network sites such as Twitter and Facebook, you are creating an open invitation for opportunists and thieves.

  • NOPE!! I have never felt the need to tell the world what I am doing at any given moment! I think my husband and I are the only people left on the planet with cell phones that do NOT text or have text plans! We actually use our phones as PHONES!! :o)

  • I'm always home, so there isn't any point in posting "I'm in the living room" or "I'm in the kitchen"

On the very off chance I leave, I do usually say "on way to store" or something...

  • No. I hate twitter. It's ego driven and mindless. I update my status here maybe once a week, same with fb. It's usually a joke or something about the weather or a current event. Today it was about the miners. I don't want people to know where I'm going, where I am.... and only sometimes where I've been.

  • No, I don't...too busy working and even if I was not working I wouldn't...who in the world wants people to know where they are 24/7. I agree, I think by doing so you are putting yourself at a risk...just my opinion.
