Does anyone really do kegles after childbirth?

  • i did before i had my first, my child birth intructor told me it could help, i ended up having a c-section with all my children, but i do them all the time, hubby has felt the differance. hehe

  • I still do em now and ive been celibate for two yrs,my vag can only fit my middle finger,which means kegals work and will improve your sex life

  • Did that for years and I still tinkle in my pants. Yes, I have to wear incontinence pads.

  • i didn't even do kegels when i was pregnant. never peed myself once before birth, during birth, or after birth. i went back to being tight as a virgin too which i'm not to happy about cause it makes sex hurt

  • I've done them every day since I was 16, and learned what they were... On baby number 3 & still doing them.

  • I've always done them and still do. I didn't have a vaginal birth though.
