i know this seems like a dumb question but i need help!

I bought my daughter one of those kid tuff cameras for her birthday, she hasnt even had it 6 months and it has caused battery corsion in it and the door is so hard to close once you put batteries in it that the thing that the screw screws into broke! It says Discovery Kids on it, but i cant find the maker anywhere...you would think Discovery makes it but i cant find it anywhere on their site. whoever makes it still sells it. If anyone knows anything please help! i would like to get it replaced for her, but im not paying $50 again!!! thanks!!

  • They probably just label it. Probably some Chinese company overseas. Contact Discovery Kids, because they are listed as the manufacturer...so it will be your best place to start

That is their "contact submission" . The other problem you might have is that there is only a 30 day warranty on it. After checking out some review you might be better getting a different camera. I could not find one reveiw on this camera that was even remotely positive.

  • Sounds like the Playskool camera, my DD has one and we haven't had a problem with her. sounds like the problem may have been from your batteries though - you may be screwed and have to cough up a new one.

  • Sounds like the problem isn't the camera, but the batteries you put in it. If that is the case, you won't get a refund or any warranty benefits.
