So does he still hold 'The Worst President' award?

IYO ..Does Jimmy Carter still brandish that award? or...does it now belong in Obamas lap?

So far i'm thinking O has it in the bag..and Carter is probably breathing a sigh of relief

  • While i think carter is an honorable man, i agree, his presidency was a total failure.

GWB...if not worst, at leat most embarassing and useless.

I think it's a little premature to consider Obama a failure.

  • Bush, Jr. owns that award. In fact, I think they're retiring it because there could be no worse.

  • People really have short term memory.  I can't even believe this question was asked, with leaving Bush's name out of it.  Bias a little.  Did you really say times were good with Bush?  Are we forgetting why we are in this mess?

  • Remember the trillions we've spent on wars while Dubya was President??.... Now that's irresponsibly at it's finest.

  • CBS)  President Bush will leave office as one of the most unpopular departing presidents in history, according to a new CBS News/New York Times poll showing Mr. Bush's final approval rating at 22 percent.

Seventy-three percent say they disapprove of the way Mr. Bush has handled his job as president over the last eight years.

Mr. Bush's final approval rating is the lowest final rating for an outgoing president since Gallup began asking about presidential approval more than 70 years ago.
