How long are doctors offices closed for lunch usually?

That might be a really ridiculous question lol, but I have been calling since Noon, to talk with my Dr. or a nurse about a problem I'm having, and its now 1:25 and they are still closed....

How long are their lunches usually?
Is today a holiday and I just don't know? LOL
