    The high school that my kids go to did "decades day" and my dd's grade had the 80's. I have an old crimper that I did her and a friend of her's hair with, then they put them up in pony tails (my dd did a half pony tail on the top, her friend did a pony tail on the side and really high on her head). Both pony tails were secured with a big scrunchie and then teased and hair sprayed to death - on top of the crimping.

    LOL - they actually had teachers that they don't even have stop them in the hall, laughing and commenting on how realistic they were. (of course, this was on top of the bright blue glittery eye shadow, the geometric blush, and the old clothes LOL)

  • Tease it, hairspray and hold it up while blow drying, get a perm. Have fun with it!!
