  • Try to be aware of your posture at all times. When you find yourself slumping, force yourself to sit or stand up straight, back straight and firm, shoulders up like you're proud of yourself :)
Also, yoga and pilates or other core and back strengthening exercises can really help you naturally develop better posture.

  • I have good posture, thanks to my grandma. When I was small, she used to have me walk around with a book on my head. To improve your posture as an adult, core strenghening exercises should help. Also, try to focus on your posture. Or you could try to walk around balanceing a book on your head!
