How can I keep my motivation up to exercise and eat healthy recently I feel like I dont care and I dont want to gain back the 30 pounds I lost

  • One day at a time. One mistake does not a failure make. So if you eat something wrong or go off your eating plan jump right back on. Don't let it start a binge. This has helped me stay on plan.

  • Think about how the thirty pounds will make you feel. Add something new and interesting to ur workout. Try new ways of eating healthy. I've got myself in the same way of thinkin you are in and I regret not just keeping it up anyway

  • Just keep with it. The drive will come back. Possibly change up your workout routine. Variety helps.
