Do you believe "if you don't vote, don't whine"?

I know several people who have said they won't vote, because all the politics are "annoying" them. Yet, they can't stand one candidate or the other, don't want a certain person in office, etc. I feel, if you don't vote, you don't have any place whining about your candidate not getting elected. Thoughts...?

  • I completely agree. If you don't voice your opinion and vote for your guy, then you don't get the right to complain or whine about it. My dad always raised me to believe that and I believe it completely.

  • Don't vote = don't bitch. You have the chance to make your opinion known and if you don't, then shut up!
