  • well we bought ours from my uncle. He was tring to sell it for 60,000.00 before we were looking to buy a house. He couldn't sell it so he lowered it to 47,000.00 then we started looking he wanted us to buy his house so he told us he would sell that house to use for 54,000.00 so we bought it for that price. Plus we didn't need a down payment because my Uncle was able to do that for us for being family. We pay 300.00 a month on our home that is with home owners insurance so you cna't beat that.

  • In WV: 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, living room, formal dining room, eat-in kitchen, large finished basement with den/fireplace/laundry room, 2 car garage, 2000 sq. ft. Plus, a lot that is about as level as you can get around here. lol

We rent the house for $1000/month plus utilities. We're house hunting to buy now that we plan to stay in the area.

  • You have to take into consideration though that you would not make as much money living in WV. My husband is very fortunate. The average family in this area cannot afford $1000/month in rent.
