How did you quit smoking?

I need to quit, I've been smoking for 15 years. I need some fresh ideas. Most of my problem is not my physical addition. More so my mental addiction. I'm extremely "attached" to my cigartettes.

  • Luckily I never smoked, tried it just to try as a teen and didn't like the taste in my mouth. Thus didn't have to quit, and very glad about it too. I see family members struggle when they decided to quit for health reasons.

  • You have to REALLY want to quit to be successful. It's not easy, but if you really want to, you can do it. The patch or the lozenge are helpful.
