Why do you support Breast Cancer?? Do you do it for someone you know?? Or just because??

  • I originally did because it's such a scary thing to have to go through. My husband's best friend's mom and grandma both had it, but before I ever met them. A few years after we started doing the Race for the Cure, I found out my aunt (whom I'm very close to) has Stage 3. Luckily, she's 7 months into it and the chemo seems to be working. I now support it specifically for her

  • Because in 2010, I can't believe women are still dying from breast cancer. These are mothers and wives and sisters that others depend on.

  • I have worked in the ems field and took patients for cancer treatments. I did take a few breast cancer patients. One was male. I support it because I have seen the results of it and it isn't pretty.
