Take a class for expectant mothers, and if none is available, see if there is a yoga class available- you wouldn't have to do the strong (or any) stretches, but you might benefit from the relaxation training, or get a book from the library on relaxation. Here is a relaxation exercise: Inhale slowly, exhale slowly, inhale slowly and imagine all of your stress collecting into your lungs, exhale slowly and imagine all the stress flowing out through your mouth. Repeat and feel more relaxed and more relaxed. Here is another, count backwards from 10 and relax a part of your body from your head to your feet as you slowly count down. Good luck!
