  • When I want a sweet treat I nuke 1 tbs pb with 1 tbs dark chocolate (or semisweet) and then dip a banana in it- YUMMY. Or I will have a slice of ww toast, top this pb, slice a banana on top, and then drizzle with a tiny amount of honeu (a little goes a long way).

  • I have no idea what "googy" is, but one of my go-to "healthier" options are applesauce or pearsauce with a little honey drizzled into it. :) Or fruit of any kind, really. Sometimes I'll pick up a bag of frozen cherries & snack on those when they're half dethawed. Although they are so much better in Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia ice cream........

  • I say go ahead and have the gooey brownie, you should never deprive yourself, even when on a diet. It's all about moderation. But, carrots are pretty sweet as are bananas. Some apples are sweet, pears too. Russel Stovers has an amazing sugar free chocolate. Their chocolate covered toffee is delicious!!

  • A banana with some dark chocolate...zap it in the microwave for 30 seconds and you have a sweety and gooey dessert that's pretty healthy.
