What is the right way to do kegle exercises?

I've been doing them for some time but haven't noticed any difference.

  • are you squeezing your v-j like you are stopping the flow of your pee? I am pretty much a pro at them now and my DH says it makes a world of difference with intercourse.

  • As with anything else it takes a while to build up. But you should tighten, hold for 10-15 seconds, and release for 5... Repeat... Do 30 reps, 3 times a day.
