Eye Goop

DD has had a cold for a couple weeks now. It's been everything from a runny nose to a cough to anything between. Today we welcomed eye goop to the mixture.

This has never happened to her before...what's with the eye goop?

  • Both of my kids have had that. From what I understand, the cold virus can also invade the eye and cause infection. Although my daughter was given antibiotics and it cleared her up right away, so you may want to take her to the doc. She might have a bacterial sinus infection.

  • Do you still make milk?

Breast milk in the eye will clear that right up.

  • Thanks!, don't make milk. I've never made milk.
