how do i gets abs in like in a month or so?

yea im skinny but i want abs not fabs but just decent tummy flatten though so what the best way to get that i kept tighting my tummy like when im laying down just tighting like flexing my abs its getting tight somewhat so what other way to do it another way

  • Buy a Pilates DVD, they are hard but stick with it and you will see results. You can also add crunches, reverse crunches, planks, leg lifts... and so on to add to your routine. Make sure you work those muscles every other day though, muscles need at least a day of rest to recover and build.

  • Pilates, yoga, even core exercises...not just targeted ab exercise. Kettlebells are great to because they use the entire core.
