The best you have tried.

What is the best thing you have tried to tighte n your stomach. Loose weight. Whatever. I just need help on how to get my abs or at least a flat belly back.

  • 400 calorie meals helped me loose alot of weight. Once any extra weight is gone you can feel your ab muscles. i like 30 day shred for exercising.

  • What are 400 calorie meals? You just eat only 400 calories a meal? How many times a day? 30 day shred that is Jillian Michaels right?
