If boobs hurt during ovulation...

Mine have been sore for 8 days now. If it was just because of ovulation, wouldn't they be back to normal by now?

  • Sore boobs is because of elevated levels of progesterone, which starts when you ovulate and doesn't go back down until your period starts (unless you're pregnant). So if they're still hurting, they're probably going to hurt until the end of your cycle, or longer if you were successful in getting pregnant.
