Anyway to get pet hair out of my cleaning cloths?

Every time I go to wipe down something like my stove, there's pet hair on the rag. This is our first cat and he honestly doesn't shed all that much but I seriously dislike wiping down a surface that is dirty and hairless (Our stove is white, our cat is black so I can tell.) Only to wipe it off and have cat hair on it. Luckily I don't wash dishes by hand with a rag, they go in the dishwasher. My cat doesn't jump up on the counters, so this is mainly through cleaning other surfaces (like the coffee table or shelves or whatever) and washing the rag and the wash not getting rid of it. Are there special cloths, detergents?
