  • cut the chicken breasts into 3rds...sprinkle with some pepper and some lemon juice, place in crockpot. In a bowl combine 1 cup of white wine, can of cream of mushroom soup and a can of cream of celery soup. Mix together and pour over the chicken. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Serve on top of cooked egg noodles.

  • Throw them in with a jar of salsa. When done, eat whole or shred for other stuff. Same with bbq sauce, or cream soup. Or add a little olive oil, a little water, whatever seasonings you like, and cook. I like doing them with cream soup, because it can be used in so many ways - I usually make extra when I do that.

  • Just plain chicken breasts in a crock pot do not cook up well, they dry out too easily which is probably why you are not finding any just plain chicken recipes. You have to add something too it to keep them juice, either a soup, salsa, something to keep moisture in them. One easy way is to use a dry packet of french onion soup mix, blend it with hot water and pour over the chicken while you cook it. You might try adding a large can of plain chicken broth to it also.
