I have hypoglycemia and it's really bad.I now have high blood pressure too.The doctor thinks this is causing my sugar to go up.I had a test and it says 109.100-125 is Diabetes?Does anyone know what 109 means and why would I be 109?

  • If you have high blood sugar - you need to cut out the fat in your diet. Fat should take up 10% of total calories.

  • Hypoglycemia is LOW blood sugar. If all your tests say your sugar is high, then you don't have hypoglycemia.
