  • Health Insurance. From $25,000 a year to $6,000 a year. But the deductible is over the top.

  • Pretty much everything: cable, eating out, entertainment, clothing, insurance (car), cell phones. We're on a very strict budget.

  • Wow, we did change health insurance too, and I'm thinking about cable too. That used to be a big stigma - to be the only kids in town without cable - but now I don't know that my kids would miss it since there are all kinds of alternatives.

  • Nothing :( If anything we've added to our budget. Last year we kept our expenses at $900 a month for almost 7 months. That was insane. This year we're making up for all those things we didn't buy last year. More clothing money, a bit of entertainment, higher grocery budget. We're still doing without a lot- but I really enjoyed seeing how quickly we made our financial goals when our expenses were that low.
