If you don't know when was ur last menstruel period will a sonogram tell you how many months your pregnant.

  • It would give you an estimate, by the baby's measurements.

  • Yes. They are most accurate between 8 and 12 weeks. After that they aren't so great at calculating a perfect due date, so take it with a grain of salt if you're farther along tahn that.

  • Yes, but it is not as accurate as the period measurement. But Dr's use the sonogram all the time to estimate due dates.

  • yes when i was preg i wasnt sure when my last period was and the ultrasounded and figured it out

  • Yes, it can give you a VERY rough estimation. Ultrasounds are the most effective very early on.

  • They can be accurate. My ultrasound gave me an EDD that was only 1 day off from our actual date of conception EDD.

  • They can but they are an ESTIMATE, mine was 10 days off.

  • Yep. Mine was correct. I know the day i had sex and the ultrasound said i got pregnant the next day :)
