Boys and pink

Do your boys wear pink?
Boys of any age, not just babes.

How do you feel if you see a boy (or a grown man) in a pink shirt, ect?

  • my hubs wears pink cause it looks good on him. DS is allowed to wear any color he wants and he likes pink. But he is a very Boyish boy, never a girly moment. I think it is all perception and cultural influence. ITs just a color

  • My dad has no problem with pink, my husband will NOT wear it. It doesn't bother me if guys wear it, as long as they aren't trying to prove their security by wearing it... You know what I mean?

It seems like nowadays men have taken on the pink-wearing to prove they're secure in their manhood. I don't like showy guys though, so that's maybe just me. And on the other hand, I don't like men to be afraid of wearing pink either. Insecurity is also a turn-off. There's a happy-medium in there somewhere. :)

  • When I was raising my son (26) He would not wear pink, that was a girly color.

My grandson is 3 and loves pink, so he wears if he wants.

  • my husband and son both have pink polo shirts. I think if it worn correctly a man can look good in pink. It is just another color. I and my daughter wear blue all the time and it means nothing.

  • No, My boys DO NOT wear pink...

    And neither will my daughter!

If there is a more nauseating color, I haven't found one...

If they want to buy pink clothes and wear them when they are older - fine, but I will not buy anything pink, and will not put it on my children.
