Did you find out the sex of your kids while you were pregnant or at birth?

I found out while I was pregnant with my first and at birth with my second. If I ever have more kids I will wait until birth again!

  • At birth but knew what they were a few months into my pregnancy. Just knew it and was right both times

  • My first child, no. my other three yes. I loved knowing because I could plan ahead and the anticipation of getting to greet them in person with all expectations already intact...was great. The first thing I would say would be their name and that I loved them very if I had known them from conception... which I did.

  • With my first two, I found out at birth and with my third beforehand. I haven't found out with this pregnancy but not for lack of trying; Little one just will not cooperate during the ultrasounds.

  • while I was pregnant for both of mine

  • found out with both kids, although it was really no surprise either time.

with son I bought boy things and an "it's a boy" stuffed bear at around 11weeks gestation

with daughter on the very 1st ultrasound, done vaginally around 7weeks or maybe less my husband used their PINK sharpie marker to write daddy loves you on the bottom (he could've used the blue for boy or black neutral marker, but pink was what felt right)

when we have our 3rd tie breaker baby we're considering letting it be a surprise
