Did anyone's baby measure more than two weeks small at 20 week ultrasound?

What did the doctor do? What was the outcome?

  • Nothing. Ultrasounds aren't completely foul proof. They're meant as estimates. That is why some doctors guesstimate that babies will be born 8-12 lbs, and then they come out at 7lb. LOL! =)

    I wouldn't freak. It happens.

  • My ob told me u/s can be off sometimes. Sometimes by a week or more.

  • the due date is not certain.. it can be off by a few weeks so your baby probably isnt measuring small for 20 weeks.. it is probably right on course and is only 18 weeks!
