Braxton Hicks

SO at 34 weeks pregnant everything is excellent but I started to feel braxton hicks or what ever that lower back and side pain is at this point in time, does anyone have any ideas I can try out to ease the pressure so its not so achy?

  • what helped me is i would get on my knees and rest my elbows onthe coffee table and just let my belly hang and deep breathe.
