Game day snacks?

Anyone have any good game day snack recipes for a day of football? I'm trying to think outside the box!

  • Grilled beef kabobs! I don't know a man that doesn't LOVE meat on a stick :p I would also make some with grilled pineapple and veggies. YUM!

  • Meat, cheese and cracker tray. Chips and dip. Chicken wings (all kinds). Mozzeralla sticks. Mini Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. Mini burgers and fries. These are all hubbies ideas lol. Hope this helps a little :)

  • BLT Dip
    1 pound bacon
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup sour cream
    1 tomato - peeled, seeded and diced

    1. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain on paper towels.
    2. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream. Crumble bacon into the sour cream and mayonnaise mixture. Mix in tomatoes just before serving. Use Roma tomatoes, dice then drain on paper towels in refrigerator for a couple of hours, add at the last minute.

  • Broccoli Bites
    1 (10 oz)pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 cup herb stuffing mix
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (2 oz)
    3 eggs, beaten
    ¾ stick butter (6 oz) softened
    ½ teaspoon salt
    ¼ teaspoon pepper
    Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain really well. Finely chop the broccoli. In bowl, combine broccoli, stuffing mix, cheese, eggs, butter, salt & pepper. Roll mixture into small balls about 1” diameter. Freeze, well covered, at least 3 hours, or up to 3 weeks. Preheat oven to 350. Place frozen balls on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 min or till golden brown.
