breast milk when refrigerated?

Ok my breast mama's out there! RANDOM question...when you refrigerate you breast milk what in the heck is that stuff that sticks to the side?

  • it is the fat seperating. You have to gently shake or stir it back into the milk, it is the most nutritous part of the milk. Helpful hint, it mixes in better when it is slightly warm.

    Cows milk doesnt do it because its processed, our is straight from the source...good luck
