  • Daughter Smile- two weeks, laugh-10 weeks. Son- Smile- 4weeks, Laugh-14 weeks. Most babies dont laugh until 4 months old. Dont worry its coming soon!

  • It's been so long ago, I can't remember exactly.  Around 4-6 months for both.  But, I do remember how my son's first laugh came about. It was just the two of us, playing with blocks. We knocked them over, and I yelled, "Boom!" He cracked up, a real belly laugh. The more I yelled,"Boom!"- the more he laughed.  It was wonderful.  I'll never forget that. Ever!

  • MIne's a quick study apparently. His first real smile was at about 2 weeks. His first belly laugh at about 6 weeks. However, he doesn't laugh very often for me. Smiles, yes. Laughs are reserved for his daddy. Maybe mommy just isn't funny enough.

  • He smiled from the very beginning and probably laughed when he was about 5 months. He started really giggling at about 6 months or so. He giggles whenever any family members make some baby sounds like aa-BU, etc. He is also very ticklish.
