Lost a little over 300. Have 20-30 that float on and off. Honestly, I don't care about the 20-30. It's been 10 years. I can easily gain or lose 5 lbs just from one day to the next due to water weight, stress, etc. As long as you are exercising 5-7 times a week and still eating correctly, that's probably what a lot of your 20 is, too (that and the excess skin if you haven't had it removed). A little gain back is normal once your body adjusts. What matters is that you aren't constantly gaining and not leveling out.
