Have you ever tried shape-ups?

Or any of the similar shoes? I just got a pair last night because I'm trying to do everything I can to tone up my muscles, and I can already tell the difference. I just wanted to see how many others had them.

  • I've heard that they don't really work and they are not good for your back. I bought the Sketchers Tone Ups flip flops and although they are super comfortable, they haven't done anything for me.

  • I have a pair. They do tone your calves, but I can't wear them a neck starts hurting oddly enough. But they are comfy to my feet! :)

  • I got mine after my mom had worn a pair for about 3 months. My mom has heel spurs, peripheral neuropathy (where the nerves in her limbs are extremely sensitive), and has had 2nd degree burns on her toes (which makes the neuropathy worse in her feet) She LOVES hers!

  • I have them but only because my Doctor suggested them. I was having horrible pain in my ankles and were told that with all the extra cushioning they could probably help. My ankles have stopped hurting since I bought them so they must be doing something.

  • I think I am going to get the Easy Tone Reebok's. I am a sucker for good advertising and the girls' butts look totally awesome in that commercial!

  • I have a knock off pair I got at Kmart and I really like them. They are not supposed to magically melt your booty and legs into what you see on the models, but assist in getting you toned quicker. My mom also has heel spurs and her doctor recommended them to her. Something about how they make you walk eased the impact on her spurs.

  • Yeah, mine are the knock offs from Wal*Mart.

  • I just got a pair and have walked in them twice. About a mile or more. I do feel it after. Does anyone know if you can actually run in these or is that bad for you?
