  • mint
    all depending if u have the correct soil
    but mint will grow like crazy so be sure to limit its growth, like in a big pot or something

  • I grow sage, tarragon, rosemary, thyme and lavender. They are all perennial so they come back every year with out replanting which I LOVE. The lavender is the hardest to maintain.

  • Careful with mint it can take over! It can give your other herbs a slightly minty taste... Very good in some cases... I ahev not grown mint in years. I need to replant it.

  • Mint is by far the easiest, but it will take over. I plant all of my herbs in their own little pots so that nothing swaps flavors.

  • I have never planted herbs but good to know about the mint! potatoes are the easiest along with carrots and onions
