When you're dieting or just trying to be healthy, what do you have for dessert?

  • When I am being good-apple slices dipped in p-nut butter, fresh fruit with yogurt or granola, home-made rice pudding, peanut butter banana milkshake and when I am bad-anything chocolate!

  • I slice up an apple, sprinkle cinnamon on it and nuke it in the microwave for a few minutes. Taste like apple pie without the crust or the sugar.

    Or I whip up an egg white add some cinnamon and splenda, fry it like an egg. I then put some berries in the middle and fold it over like a crepe.

  • Berries -- strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, grapes, and whatever else I have on hand -- mixed up with Lite cool whip =] Yummy!

  • i will still have what everyone else is having, just less of it. i will have 1 scoop of ice cream instead of the whole bowl. 1/2 slice of pie instead of a whole. everything in moderation.
