  • It depends on the family. My 2 year old wakes up around 7 and has a glass of milk, at 8 he eats breakfast and then plays. We run our errands in the morning after our morning walk, Tuesdays are library day, Wednesdays are playground days, etc. He eats lunch around 12-12:30, goes down for nap at 1, sleeps until 3:30, plays with brothers and sisters in the afternoon (outside on nice days). We eat supper at 6, then it's bathtime and we start our bedtime routine (pjs, teethbrush, books, songs, bed). He's in bed by 7:30.

  • My son wakes up at 8:30-9:00. We get him changed and turn on "Thomas and Friends" for him. He plays with his trains until Breakfast is ready. After breakfast he plays in the toy room. The day varies from there. He usually takes a nap between 1-2 and then dinner at 6:00-6:30 after DH gets home. Then he plays and he goes to bed around 9:30-10:00.

  • Our 2 yr old wakes (various times), has some milk, watches toon-toons while I fix breakfast/wake up.

An hour or so after waking, he's ready to eat (usually a grilled cheese or banana). On days we don't have
errands and a playdate, he plays in his room, we read books together, watch family friendly movies or
    Mimi (mickey mouse).

He'll eat lunch, usually leftovers from supper the night before.
On nice days, he plays out on our screened back porch for an hour or so, while I clean the kitchen (right off
    the porch) and prep/cook supper.

Somedays, he takes a nap, usually 1.5-2 hours.
Wakes, has supper, plays with daddy and toys (once daddy's home) and then settles in for bed.

He'll get a bath sometimes at night, sometimes in the am. Just depends.

We're not really rigid about schedules here, b/c dh is on shiftwork, so our lives revolve around that
    in many ways.

  • I try to keep our routine very simple and laid back. My son wakes between 7:30-9 am. He eats breakfast 1 hour after waking, nap is 4 hours after waking. Usually about 1.5 to 2 hours long. After nap is cuddle time with mommy. He is usually very cranky after naps lol. Dinner is about 6:30 -7ish. and Bed time is 8:30. Before nap and bed time we read/sing for about 20 minutes.
