What is a good recipe?

For pumpkin seeds? Last year tried to bake them..but not sure what I did wrong, but they were not very good.

  • hubby just made them. he spead them out on a cookie sheet, make sure they're not on top of each other, and then he used my baking spray and sprayed them. oh i forgot, spray the pan. they only cook for about ten minutes, they'll be slightly golden and sprinkle with salt. thats what he did. i hope this helps.

  • I kind of wing it. Wash and dry out.
    Put on cookie sheet with olive oil.
    Put in oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
    Check and cook longer if needed.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt.
    I have to be honest I watch them and decide when done. Don't count on a set time.
