Energy boosts?

I just got a babysitting job. I'm going to have to wake up between 5:00-5:30 and then I'll be taking care of 2, 2 year olds and a 1 year old. I'm going to be exhausted! Any tips?

  • Go to bed early. Eat healthy. Get your exercise. Keep a good attitude.

  • go to sleep early and eat a good in the morning dont take any energy drinks.... good luck :)
