  • Yep. Way to stick it out momma. Just keep in mind that they will go thru days when they revert. Like with every growth spurt.

  • yep it works...its hard on the lil one at first but even harder on momma...taking the binky away is the same way...hopefully if yours takes one that is, it will be easier for yours than mine.

  • Awesome!!! Stick with it. My 15 month old twins fall asleep by themselves every night. No crying! When they wake up at night I give them just a few minutes to calm down on their own. They do sometimes. If not I get up and just rub their backs and don't get them up. They are great sleepers! It gives me time to spend with hubby. Way to go!

  • With my boys we did the cio method when they were baby babies and it worked for us. they cried themselfs to sleep yes we checked on them now at the age of 3 when its time for bed its time for bed

  • CIO is cry it out. I did it too around when she was about 14-15months. she is 19months and she is such a good sleeper. she does get up sometimes but i don't mind. the getting to bed part is what i minded. good job. its hard on us but as long as you stick it out it works.
