  • as far as I know, the only thing you can take is regular strength Tylenol. I used to get terrible headaches throughout my pregnancy and my OB told me that was the only thing I could take

  • Tylenol, a heating pad on low only, stretches on the floor.
If these things don't help then you need to talk to your doctor. He (or she) can help you weigh the risks and benefits of other medicines.

  • Tylenol... it will help. Anything else you need to talk to your doctor about. I know that asprin is a big no-no. I was told to avoid Aleve, which was the only thing that worked for me before I got pregnant, but tyleol did the trick for me.

  • NO, Aleve is an NSAID, Non Steroidal anti inflammatory drug also called Naproxen. It works just like Ibuprofen and  Ibuprofen is not okay to take during pregnancy, Aspirin is a blood thinner, do not take aspirin. For a headache take Tylenol and have some caffeine, caffeine assist the Tylenol. A small amount of caffeine is OK.  Most migrain medications have caffeing, mine got so bad ny OB prescribed Fioricet ( Butabital/Tylenol/ and Caffeine)
