whats the best way to make pumpkin seeds? i can never get them right !

they taste good but the only problem is that they turn out kind of more chewy ish than crunchy !

  • I like to mix them up with 1-2T canola oil & spread the pumpkin seeds on a cookie sheet & roast in a 425 degree oven till brown & crispy, sprinkle with salt.

  • thats what we do toss in alittle oil, sprinkle some salt . however i bake mine at 350 . and just keep checking, so they dont burn
