  • Cramping is normal, your uterus is already adjusting and starting to grow.

  • I am 5 weeks pregnant and extremely high risk but I know that cramping is all part of 1st semester! Unless there is spotting when you have done nothing then dont be worried with it! Yes its mildly annoying but Totally Normal your body is just getting ready to hold your 7lb or better baby!!!

  • You can call your OB just to be safe.

But if your cramping is not accompanied by bleeding, usually its ok and is just ligament and muscles stretching for your growing uterus!

  • Some cramping can be normal. Cramping with bleeding is a reason to call your doctor (further along, head to the ER if this happens).
