  • You need to see your doctor. There may be a blood supply issue to your head.

  • check it out, could be alot of things. try to figure out the triggrs if it happens often. sounds like dizzy spells caused by low blood pressure. coffee helps me, also eating some good protien when I feel weak. you could try that. If it happens randomly or doesnt go away after a few seconds, it could be serious. aslo if your actualy blacking out, for any period of time you should see a doc, specaly if you have ever suffored trauma to the head. might need a cat scan to rule out other issues.
