  • A CDHP - Consumer Driven Health Plan is what makes up the PPO Plan - Preferred Provider Organization. With the CDHP employees give input to their employers and insurance companies to put together a plan where the beneficiaries (patients) work with the Doctors to decide how to direct your own medical care. The PPO plan is doctors and hospitals who agree to take your insurance and certain pay levels but you still decide how to direct you health-care with your doctors without the hassle of an HMO deciding your care.
