Is this a good idea?

To print all conversations that went on through email and FB with my oldest daughter and her bio-dad. I just think he is up to something since over the weekend is the first contact they have ever had since she was born. She is almost 10 yrs old now.

  • Yes, just incase you need to present something to the court as evidence. Very good idea. Print them out with the email/browser heading, so they can see that it was a lagit email.

  • Permission?? She's 10 yrs old - you don't need permission to monitor her computer use.

  • YESS!!! I had problems down this alley before, and My lawyer said to save every text, print everything online out, even the "good" convos just in case! they may come in handy one day.. better safe than sorry! in my case, i had a whole book full and they SAVED my life!

  • You should definitely monitor and save the contact because of her age.

  • Why does your daughter HAVE a FB?? The TOS for FB says age - 13 - So your 10 yr old daughter is already in the habit of lying about her age?!?

I'd delete her FB. Print everything and keep going.

  • She does not have a FB account. She contacted him using my FB account. Why are YOU anon jumping to conclusions?
