  • A blanket is fine, but you could put him in a blanket sleeper if he gets tangled. My son was quite the mover too.

  • We let our son have a small blanket after he was a year old. He's a very restless sleeper though, so we got a couple of those toddler sleepsacks from Halo. He can stand up in it and walk if he needs to, and it keeps him covered through the night.

  • A blanket is fine as long as it's not too heavy. They also have this blanket sleepers or those full body pijamas that are thick enough to keep them warm without a blanket. My daughter always ended up on top of the blanket because she moved so those were perfect and I didn't have to worry wheather she was cold either.

  • a receiving blanket would be fine, or a light blanket! i use sleep sacks with our dd she is 8 months old and she moves every where! so its just easier!
