what acne medicine works best for you??

And is it a wash, cream etc?

  • Acne meds create a vicious cycle. They overdry your skin, causing overproduction of oil, clogging pores. What you should do is use natural products that do not contain harsh ingredients or mineral oil. Jordan Essentials Oatmeal, Milk & Honey glycerin soap is the best for acne. I use the Shea Body butter for my moisturizer. It helps heal the acne without leaving red scars.

  • obagi clenziderm is the only thing that has ever worked for me, its a wash & a toner

  • Proactiv worked pretty well for me over the last few years. They have a wash, toner, and repairing lotion. I rarely use the toner though. I had some Rx creams years ago, but they always irritated my sensitive skin. I can't recall the names of them now, it's been too long.
