ugh i had an early dinner now im starving lol what to snack on at 1100 pm

any good night snacks quick n easy?

  • I wuld suggest a glass of water. Snacking that late will just put weight on you.NOT healthy to eat at night.

  • A few grapes.....or string cheese. I had a sliced banana after 8pm...... That was it.

  • Take some chips, i can of refried beans, and shreaded cheese. Heat in microwave. Add can of diced olives and sour cream. Or take some sliced pineapples and add shreaded cheese over that, can do the same with pears. Tuna & tomatoes in a pita bread. frozen veggies cooked in microwave for seven min. Dip into Ranch dressing. Peanut butter slapped on a open face piece of bread or toasted bread with milk. Or toast bread. butter when done. tear apart in a bowl. Pour milk over it and add sugar to taste. Yummmy! Hope this helps...
