up to what time in period of pregnancy should i start workout? adult content

is there any special physical jerks that help to body when you are pregnent, and when exactly have to do them, because i belive that its essential for delivery process?

  • this is something you should ask your doctor. every pregnancy is different, if you are not high risk i would think it will be ok to do light exercise throughout pregnancy. there are restrictions tho and that should be answered by only your doctor.

  • Do a lot of walking and light weight training. If you were a runner before geting pregnant, you can continue to do that. You can start at any time. Just makes sure you have your doctor's OK.

  • Just walk and swim.
    Dont weight train or do cardio.
    You need to be carefull with your body.
    You can also do yoga but be carefull with that as well.
