  • I use body pillows at night when my husband isn't home.

  • Oh, and if you don't have any body pillows, you can just use a few pillows and line them up along side you so that you don't have to worry about rolling over.

  • Why are you worried? I slept on my tummy my entire pregnancy. Otherwise, I agree with the above posters about pillows.

  • Because sometimes it hurts and then sometimes it doesnt.

  • I never rolled on my stomach. It was just instinct.

  • Body pillow worked for me and also helped with some back and hip pain, but I got to a point where it just wasn't comfortable to be on my stomach; so even if I rolled that way, I just woke up and rolled back to my side.

  • Pregnancy pillows or you can place a regular pillow slightly underneath your stomach to prevent you rolling over.

  • I can only get comfy on my tummy but you're right it can hurt, I'm 30wks. I have a extra pillow under my tummy which helps a bit....not alot but a little!
